At The Call and Beyond, we are working around the clock to develop a platform that is cutting edge, yet simple to use and jam packed with plenty of buyer and seller features that will elevate your buyer and seller experience.

That is why we welcome all front line workers who have a passion or hobby beyond their “9-5" and are looking for a state of the art platform to set up a shop and sell their goods.

What you need to know

Just like other multi vendor e-commerce platforms, there will be no costs for buyers to use the platform. This ensures continued buyer traffic to our platform which helps you as the seller, get sales. 

 

Sellers will have a dedicated and secure finance section within their shop dashboard which explains the breaks down in fee's against their sales and helps them easily understand how the fee structure works. 

Payment schedule's are flexible and vendors are able to set up a payment schedule that works best for them.

Did we mention a free invoice system that automatically generates invoices for each sale to help you on your yearly tax submissions?

Platform Migration

Transferring your shop from another platform has never been easier. At the Call and beyond, you'll be able to seamlessly transfer your shop goods from any other platform in a matter of minutes through your shop dashboard with the click of a button. 

Shipping Information

We've taken the hassle out of having to find the cheapest shipping rates to send off your orders. At the Call and Beyond, we've streamlined the shipping process so that you don't have to worry about setting up the shipping rates. 

All that is required is a one time set up to add in your shipping location and package sizes and the rest is in our hands.

We've partnered with various trusted shipping platforms such as Canada Post, USPS, DHL, and Fedex and have integrated their API's into our platform which will automatically calculate the shipping costs. These costs are then put back onto the buyer at time of purchase.

Orders/Deliveries Hub

One of the many features associated to your seller dashboard is the "Orders and Deliveries hub. Here, you'll be able to keep all of your orders organized and keep buyers up to date on the progress of each order. 

You'll also be able to review your shipping information for each order, reach out to buyers through the chat function, and if required, refund, partially refund, or cancel an order.

Additionally, one of the unique features that The Call and Beyond has implemented is the ability to set up "auto purchase" for your shipping labels once an order is placed. By enabling this feature, our platform will automatically pre purchase shipping labels for you once an order is received, making it that much easier for you to complete your orders.

You'll also be able to allow buyers to choose express shipping options (at their cost) with the click of a button!

  • Who is The Call and Beyond for?
    The Call and Beyond was created for frontline workers, by frontline workers - We are building a community hub for frontliners with a side hustle or passion to share their hand crafted goods, and also for those who make hand crafted goods for frontliners. If you’re part of our community but not a frontliner, we’d love to have your contributions too!
  • When and where will The Call and Beyond be launching?
    While we do not have an official launch date, our hope is to launch our platform no later than September of 2024. We plan to start letting vendors upload their products and create their shop a month earlier. To be the first to have shop access, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter. The Call and Beyond will available in Canada and USA at launch, however we will be expanding into Europe and other areas across the world shortly after.
  • What is the age requirement to buy or sell on The Call and Beyond?
    The Call and Beyond welcomes minors between the ages of 13 and 17 to buy and sell on our platform as long as you have the permission and direct supervision of your parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian must register for the account with their information, and they’re responsible for all activity on the account. All platform account owners must be at least 18 years of age, as stated in TCAB's Terms of Use. The account you use must meet the following criteria: All financial information on the account must be under the parent or legal guardian’s name. The name on the account must be the parent or legal guardian’s name. The email address on the account must belong to the parent or legal guardian.
  • What type of items can be sold on The Call and Beyond
    The Call and Beyond connects people looking for unique goods with independent sellers around North America. Everything listed for sale on The Call and Beyond must be handmade by you, vintage, or a craft supply. All items sold on The Call and Beyond must also follow our Prohibited Items Policy. It is your responsibility to make sure your shop and its items are incompliance with TCAB's policies. Before buying or selling on The Call and Beyond please review our Terms of Use.
